What You'll Do
In this role, you'll take the lead on a wide range of employment litigation matters. You will:
• Manage cases independently from early strategy through resolution
• Draft and respond to pleadings with precision and creativity
• Oversee all aspects of discovery
• Draft and argue motions in state and federal courts
• Take and defend depositions
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Handle matters involving discrimination claims and restrictive covenant issues

Requirements
